Mrs. Hesse was born and raised in Westerville, OH. She moved to Arizona and attended Arizona State University majoring in Elementary Education and Art History. She met her husband at ASU and they have two children. Prior to becoming a mother, Mrs. Hesse worked as a National Training and Marketing Director for a Property Management Company.She was active in the MOMS Club of Gilbert when her children were little and served on the Board as Secretary for three years. Mrs. Hesse has taught preschool classes previously through the City of Gilbert Parks and Recreation.
